My fans do not come at times.
I have changed out the Thermostat, temp. senser,
fan relay, last year the fans were replaced.
Some days the fans work fine, all the time as they should.

I noticed today, I started the engine and turned on the A/C and the fans do not come on.

I had already changed the fan relay(part#MR400709),
what I noticed is that the fans only come on at the high speed for the A/C, not at lower speeds.
Right now I am testing the car while it is cold, using just the A/C.

This past month, while driving the gauge goes to Hot, so that tells me the fans do not come on when hot, some days no problem. When this happens I have to turn on the heater on hot setting and the temp comes down.
did I mention that I have a 3.0 6 cyl. 2001 dodge stratus?
If the 2 fans come on right now with the A/C on high, is the fan relay OK?
Thanks

the fans will come on whether its on low med or hi, the engine . if the fan do not come on when the a/c is turned on can be the hi pressure switch, one fan is for the radiator, and one fan is for the a/c, totally seperate
