ok my car just started to make this really loud whistling noise. it only makes the noise will im driving, when i hit the brakes it stops and when im parked it stops. can u help me figure out what could be the problem?

A squealing axle seal in the transmission can be pretty loud, but it usually won't go away when braking. A wear indicator on the front brake pads can be quite noticeable and could stop making noise during braking. It's best to have this inspected by a professional.
