2000 Dodge Stratus don't shift from first

My dodge stratus's timing belt went out and i got it replaced now my speedometer don't work and also the car won't shift out of first the car sat for almost a year and now it starts and runs but don't shift gears. I checked the tranny fluid and that is fine and i'm not sure why the speedometer and the tranny don't switch from first. I have park, reverse, and only the first gear in drive on an automatic transmission
