The horn started blowing when I made right hand turns. It would stop when the wheels were again straight. Then later it did the same thing when turning left and then finally it was blowing all the time. I had to unplug the horns as the fuse is shared with the running lights. I now live in a state that has safety inspections. Is this problem in the steering wheel? When I push on the horn control on the steering wheel I can hear a click and the spring is functioning.
