1998 Dodge Stratus squeaking noise

My car squeaks wheni crank it up and on the first turn. Then it does not squeak anymore until the next morning when i crank it.

Check the tensions on both belts. If the groove side of the belt looks "shiny", it is time for them to be replaced.
