How do you get to the three plugs under the cover or how do you remove the cover to get to them?

1. Disconnect battery cables
2. Remove air filter duct from throttle body
3. Label and disconnect all wires, hoses, etc from intake manifold
4. Remove accelerator and cruise control cable from the throttle body
5. Remove 2 bolts securing the back left and right of the upper intake manifold
6. Remove EGR tube from intake manifold
7. Loosen upper bolt in criss-cross pattern until they can be removed by hand
Install is reverse
