Engine Cooling problem
1996 Dodge Stratus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My cooling fans are not coming on properly. I've replaced the coollant temperature sensor, and my relays check good. Is there a possible short some where

the coolant temp sensor is only for the dashboard. the coolant temperature switch is used for the fans. check that one and make sure its working properly.

do fans turn on if hardwired to the battery?
