1993 Dodge Stealth no power to windows or guages

I washed my car and now my power windows will not operate. My guages have also kept working. Any suggestions on what may be happening?

Have you checked fuses? Did you spray into engine compartment?

Did not spray engine. Had a friend that is a mechanic check both fuse boxes they used the tool that lights up. Everything checked out fine. We now realize that the signal lights are not working.The only thing working on the dash is the speedometer. Door locks work but not power windows. No signal lights what so ever but hazards work. Im at a loss.
