is there a wire that plugs into my oil sensor in my 1992 dodge stealth base model

you mean the oil pressure switch? if you have the actual oil pressure gauge in the instrument cluster then no there is no wire, if you have just the oil pressure warning light in the instrument cluster then yes there will be one wire that controls the light. .
