2006 Dodge Sprinter please help

just replaced turbo resonator, engine light turned off and then came back on. shut it off and then start again will rev over 4000 rpms and decreases to 2900 after a min. replaced air filter and fuel filter. brought it to auto zone code po201 came up something with cyclinder 1, what next??

Was code possibly P2011? if yes then fault with Mass Air Flow sensor. Any leaks in air plenum?

Code means fault injector # 1 possible short to ground. Ohm check injector driver coil for open. Then to ground ie.cylinder head. If coil open or reads to ground replace
