Engine problem
1993 Dodge Spirit 4 cyl Automatic 55000 miles

I am losing a lot of oil and antifreeze. There is no colored smoke coming from the exhaust but I did notice a whiteish build up under the oil cap. That is telling me it has to be a leaking head???
I have only done small repairs on my car so changing a head gasket is completely new to me. Where can I find a guide to doing this?
