1991 Dodge Spirit Is there a fuse or relay switch to reset

Is there a fuse or relay switch to reset after replacing the fuel pump on 1991 Dodge Spirit? I have power on the fuel sending unit. I know that the fuel pump will only have power 2 seconds after switch is turn on, but when I turn the switch off and back on, I do not have any power on the fuel pump. I only have power on fuel pump once daily after turning the switch on. What can check?
