Where are the marks on the pulleys and harmonic balancer and how do you put it on tdc if timing has been moved :?:

timing belt broke on my 1993 dodge shadow

timing is not set because timing belt broke so timing needs to be set for all 3 pulleys where are the marks and how do i set it to top dead center
