Steering problem
1993 Dodge Shadow 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I just bought a 1993 Dodge Shadow. The handles for the turning signals and wipers are missing. The problem is I bought the viper switch wheich it called for but also have a hole with something in it on the right by the ignition and I don't know what to get to put there, what could it be? I found the tilt steering wheel switch so thats not it. Please help me.
