hi i bought this car from a friend and it wont start cause there is water in the fuel tank the car has been sitting for about 2 years now nd i want to know how i can fix it myself or know how much it will cost to get someone elese to fix the problem help. radray

You need to get the water out of the tank by any means available
add new fresh gas and also add fuel DRY GAS ….. BURN
what every your local part store sell to help dry the tank
I would make sure the fuel pump working and it has pressure
