1986 Dodge Ramcharger V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my 1986 dodge ram charger is back firing only when i have the emergency brake off but when the emergency brake is on it runs and drives fine.anyone know what's wrong cause it has me puzzled.

The e-brake has nothing to do with the engine. check for vacuum leaks on the engine. Listen for a hissing sound.
