I spent a good deal of money having the motor rebuilt with new parts.. but in the mean time it was left set out in the elements... now the engine won't turn.. Is there something that can be done to salvage it? I put about $1200 in new every thing... Please tell me that it's not all a waste....

Sorry for the delay in replying.

Remove the spark plugs and dump in four or five tablespoons of diesel fuel into each cylinder, put the plugs back in and let it sit for a few days. Diesel fuel has lubricating properties not found in gasoline. If the engine doesn't free up in a few days, the fuel might be puddling on the low side of the pistons or it could be running past the rings into the crankcase. That's not a serious situation as far as the engine oil is concerned. Add more fuel in the spark plug holes, or lay the engine in one side, then on the other side for a few days.
