been told to make sure to clean my mass air flow sensor?

I'm installing a cold air intake on my 04 dodge pick up and have been told to make sure to clean my mass air flow sensor. Can you tell me where to find it and how to clean it?[img:b386829657]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/86858_my_ride_1.jpg[/img:b386829657]?

How many miles are actually on the truck? I ask because the mass air flow sensor is extremally delicate. I am looking and I don't see the MAF sensor but you do have a MAP sensor located near the intake manifold.

If you want to chance cleaning it, it is located somewhere between the air filter and the throttle body plate. Generally they have 4 wires and have 4 screws holding them in place.

ONLY clean with a sensor safe cleaner, and do not stick anything into the sensor. You will only damage the tiny wire inside that detects the air flow. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know what happens.
