how do i get my back door to open on my dodge

I have a dodge 1500 ext. cab 2001 model with 110,000 miles on my v-8 motor. My back door on the passenger side wont open. I need to know how do i get the panel off to get to the locking and or latching system of the door. thank you in advance for your answer. :)

i belive your model's pannel snaps on. if its a hand crank window take off the hand cranks and hte panel should pop right off. if you have screws take them out first hten pull on the door and work your way around. watching not to snap off the wires.
