My windshield wiper fluid froze solid. Took the reservoir out and thawed it. Blew air into the lines. Now, the wipers work, but I am not getting any fluid out. I tried a new pump, but that was not the problem. I cannot locate a fuse for the pump. The pump doesn't seem to be getting any power. Any suggestions?
