I have been trying to get more "air pressure" to come out of my vents when the A/C is on. All the power seems to be there and I have just replaced the blower motor resistor, and this did not fix the problem. Could this be a charging issue and just need to recharge the system with more coolant, or is it something else? Blower motor itself is working (at least when the system is on and I have my hand on it). Can someone please help?!

Thanks,

Patrick

Pat:
Is the air flow only coming from the vents or is some going through the defroster, floor...?

No---no air was coming out of different places that it should have. And now i have fixed the problem temporarily. I dropped the blower motor down and looked up, and ther was a door that had broken off and fell on top of the blower motor "hole" and was blocking the air flow. After carefully twisting and pulling i was able to get the door out and now i have full force coming through the vents. Now the only problem is what was that door and is it that important of a piece?

Is there any way you can upload a picture of it?
