2005 Dodge Ram fan belt pully

my fan belt pully is loose. I can shake it back and forth. Theres not a bolt that i can see to tighten it to the block. how do i tighten it

probably need a new water pump, if that pulley is loose then im guessing the bearing went out on it and if its the fan belt that should be running the water pump also
