Engine Mechanical problem
2004 Dodge Ram 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 65k miles

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with a Hemi w/ 64k miles. I have been leaking in thin stream of fluid that appears to be radiator/antifreeze fluid from the middle section under teh truck. My mechanic things it might be the thermostate housing. He has check the water pump, intake manafold, hoses, everything looks fine even did a pressure test on it.
It's a slow leak, because the truck well set for up to 9 hours mon-fri and most all weekend and every morning I go out to the truck there is a small stream about 3 feet long from the fluid leak.
I'm affraid to drive any futher than 2.1 miles to work because I'm affraid it might over heat, or just kill my engien. What else can be done?

They make a dye that can be put into the radiator. Drive the car and then check it with a black light. The dye will glow and you'll be able to follow it to the source.

Let me know if this helps.
