2003 Dodge Ram truck missiung while driving an idle racing

my truck engine started running rough and vibratig and the idle speed would race up and raise the rpm's without my giving it gas. it would stall if i let it idle. what do you think is the problem. also the engine service light is flashing fast.

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis,finding out what's going on.

the idle will race up to 3000+ rpm's. the engine vibrates real hard and it stalls out if i dont pump the gas
