how can i increase gas mileage on my 1500 ram 5.9 liter. would a flow master or magnaflo exhaust help? if so which is better

not really much. best way is to drive like theres a egg under the pedal.
do regular tune ups and maintain the vehicle.
if you want you can get a free flowing exhaust system and add a after market air filter you may be able to push 2-3 more mpg. but then youll notice a bit more power and want to drive it even harder.
