The truck idles fine. When taking off from a stop sign at normal throttle speed the truck surges. Only slight throttle pressure allows the truck to move forward without hesitation even at highway speed. Top speed is approximately 50 mph. Fuel pump, and spark plugs have been replaced within the past 2 months. The only trouble codes that appear on a scanner are IAT circuit hi input P0113, and o2 sensor circuit hi volt bank 2 sensor 1 P0132. I don't think these codes should cause the problem I'm encountering

First you should clean the IAT and the MAF sensor that will most likely make your code go away, if not buy a vaccum guage, warm the vehicle up, hook up the vaccum guage and run the vehicle at 2,000 rpm for 5 minutes, if the vaccum slowly goes down or if you have to keep giving it more gas to maintain 2,000 rpm then you have a plugged exhaust system.
