Steering problem
2002 Dodge Ram V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I lose fan belt apparently in even the slightest puddle. My alternator meter reads zero amps and I lose all power steering. Eventually after sitting in the puddle or muscling through, you can hear the belt re-grab with a squeek and the thing return to normal. I could possible accept in high water at high speeds, but this truck loses it in 4 inches at 10 MPH. I've asked my mechanic and he replaced the tensioner but that didn't help. Even belt is new. This is very unsafe.....HELP
