2001 Dodge Ram Tranny noise

I have started hearing a loud "whinning" noise when I shift into 5th gear. Gets louder as I accelerate. Truck is used to haul a 2 horse trailer.

Had it serviced and all was good. Might change oil to 85lube instead of the 75.
I got a dash cover and bazel and it went on without any problems. Looks great and sure beats the hundred cracks in the orginal.
