I have a 2001 dodge ram pick up with 5.2 engine the temp creeps up during stop and go traffic but stays cool at cruising speeds A/C on or off doesn't matter . I've replaced both heads, water pump, fan clutch and flushed radiator and replaced radiator cap Just wondering if you got any ideas thx

If it is happening only in stop and go traffic, I would say the problem deals with the fan clutch. Are you sure it is working? Next, did you flush the radiator at home or have it professionally done?

Actually, I'm not permitted to recommend products. However, if you stop at the local parts store, they will have ones to choose from. Actually, If there is a concern that the radiator is the problem, you may want to have it roded out. Many times the tubes in the radiator get corroded and coolant can't properly flow. Flushing alone doesn't always take care of it.

It's just a thought.

Let me know how it goes.
