2001 Dodge Ram ignition switch

My dodge ram 1500 pickup truck the ignition switch will not turn w/ key in it! Could it be a blown fuse? If, so where will I find it? What else could be causing this problem?

no fuse for the ignition key
try to start and if still wont start
remove the key and turn it 180 degree and try again try to turn it back and then forward
and if still no luck you need a new ignition cylinder
