2001 Dodge Ram Brake pads won't release

I noticed that the front driver's side brake pads are constantly engaging the rotor.

What could be causing this, and how to possibly fix it myself.

It could be a couple things. First, have you checked if the caliper is releasing or sticking? Also, are the slides on the calper free and lubericated? Finally, has the rubber brake hose to the caliper ever been replaced?
