I have 360 eng. whenever it is damp outside on the first starting of the day, the engine will turn over but will not start. When I let off the key I get a dieseling noise. after continuous trying with the pedal down and then letting off it will finally start. This only happens when it is raining or damp out. I have 140,000 miles on eng.
