2000 Dodge Ram Sterring Problems

I have a steering problem that when you turn left or right the wheels spin the whole way till it hits the end. There seems like there is no pull back to center. The truck doesn't seem to wander when driving, just steering is very easy to turn. normally if you turn left and let go of the steering wheel it will come back to the middle or straight, this will keep going left if you let go of the wheel till it hits as far left as it will go. Could this be the steering box?
