got a bunch of wire wrapped around the drive shaft between the differential and the drive shaft. it tore out the differential seal. at the time the differential was leaking alot of fluid (apx 3-4 drops a second). we were not for from the hose so we turned around and parked home. it appears that the seal was reseated as the leak is not much at all.
took the drive shaft from the differential and we now can not get the nut off the yoke bolt?. we have tried a considerable amount of force to no avail. is there a trick or are the threads reverse threaded on the nut?

I use a 6-foot pipe on the end of a 3/4" ratchet. It is a normal thread.
