1999 Dodge Ram V8 Two Wheel Drive 200100 miles

I bought a new Relay fuse,not the problem? I lost Intermitten a year ago,along with high speed wipeing.dont have anything now! do I need a new (brain) or just a new motor ??

It shounds like a switch problem. Have you checked to see if power is making it to the wiper motor?
