Turned my 1999 Ram 1500 318 off and it would not start. Had to jump start but had to use 2 set of cables. Went to walmart to check a 1 yr. old battery which has 2 yr. left on warranty, had the battery checked and they say it is fine. They cleaned both terminals and replaced the +post clamp and it started right up, drove home turned it off and same thing, sound of loud click like starter solonoid, replaced starter with new one, same sound only louder. Replaced the large sq. fuse in fuse box under hood(starter relay), all other fuses ok and no change, what should I check next?
