1999 Dodge Ram

Hope you can help I just bought this van. I had the two rear seats removed by the dealership as I will not be using them however when they remove them it sets off the sensor for the seatbelts and it will not go off and they do not know how to fix this problem. Any help you can offer will be greatly appriciated. I cannot drive around with that sound I might blow the car up:) Thank you in advance
