I need to take these arms off

I need to replace my wiper motor, so I'm pretty sure I need to take these arms off so I can take the molding off so I can access the wiper motor. How ever, I don't see an easy way to get the Wiper arms off. Any suggestions?

Here are instructions and diagrams to help you remove the wiper arms and motor. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
