relay is good
blower motor speed resister no good
replace it

Is the resister located next to the blower motor on the 99 dodge ram? and do you know if you can buy these at like auto zone or do you have to get them through a dealer? Thanks for all your help
i alway used the dealer for this part
its located beside the blower motor
