Hi there,
There is no real fast way to do this, the sump & head will have to be removed, the bore should be inspected for damage, the oil pump should be removed & cleaned as the oil galleries cleaned of any metal fragments, if you don't did this properly you run the chance of destroying the motor with metal in the oil.
