1998 Dodge Ram hesitate then lunge

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?

Hello Joe,
No check engine light has come on. I'm not sure how to check the fuel pump pressure, however I will give it a try if you let me know what to do and what to look for.

Here is a how to for checking fuel pump pressure. Let me know if it helps. Also, you will need a gauge. Most parts stores will lend or rent one to you. Let me know what you find.
