1998 Dodge Ram

My little hose that allows the transmission fluid to flow to the rad came off. All the transmission fluid leaked out. I replaced the fluid and attached the hose. Now the auto transmission wont shift. I cant go over 35 miles an hour.
What kind of repair is it? and the cost?
