1997 Dodge Ram Squeak front of engine, on bottom

Hi. We replaced the serpentine belt a few weeks ago on our Dodge Ram, 100,000 miles, automatic transmission, and then the motor developed this squeak, near the bottom of the motor in the front....it increases as you accellerate. There is a fluid leak also near the front of the engine. What is this??
