Engine Performance problem

i replaced the batts an the starter an now i have no tac no speedodimeter an my transmission isnt shifting into overdrive also the please wait to start light isnt coming on now all was working before new batts an starter were put in do u have any ideas for me to check out thank you robert gerbitz
