1997 Dodge Ram missing when driving

missing when you put it in gear,changed all the plugs and wires cap,and rotor runs alittle better but still missing,and alot of water is coming out of the exhaust pipe in the rear of the truck

Does the truck have white smoke from the exhaust all of the time? Have you had to add coolant on a regular basis? Keep in mind, condensation from the exhaust is normal; however, after the system gets hot, it should stop.

Let me know and let me know if the check engine light has come on.

coolant is good, the temp hasnt change does smoke alittle i did add some sea foam to the gas dont know if that is what is causing it to smoke or not, when the truck warms up it clears up alittle but not that much
