1997 Dodge Ram access to dash light bulbs

severeral bulbs are either loose or burned out on my van dashboard. even the "check engine light" which never came on since i have had the van and had various problems that should have made it come on.

how do you get into the dash board to get to the bulbs?

Most of the plastic bezels around the dash will pop off, this is req'd to gain access to the cluster to remove it for bulb replacement.
