1996 Dodge Ram accel tune up kit

I actually have a few questions, Is the accel tune up kit a good thing for my truck? also when driving it down the road we hit bumps and the truck seems like its going to jump over and at times it does. and at last my final question is I am going to a junk yard to get a door for the truck and was wondering what years are compatable with my make and model year and how do i know the year or years from the vin?

Aftermarket tuneup kits generally offer a coil,cap,rotor. The coil (generally) offers more ignition voltage. They may also offer a new ign. module.

I think you are better off using a good plug and wire set, NGK plugs and Taylor wires for example. The Taylor wires offer less resistance while keeping voltage "noise" down to prevent problems with stereo or electronic components.

This issue with the suspension is probably shock related, inspect shocks for leaks and replace if needed.

With regard to door, contact junk yard for year to year interchangability, they have all the info you need since that is their primary business.
