1995 Dodge Ram Rollin' in Park

I can shift my truck through all the gears, (R,D,1 and 2) and it will catch every one of them, but when I put it into park, it rolls...forward or backward....depending on the incline. What could this POSSIBLY be, how hard is it to fix and is it gonna cost a fortune?
