95 RAM 3500 single cab dually ABS light and brake light is on, checked all of the obvious and read about the rear ABS sensor failure replaced rear sensor, disconnected battery 5 minutes reconnected; both lights still on. Heard about possible jumper wiring problem connected ohm meter at front connector (body to frame under left front fender liner) has same ohm value as at the sensor. Wondering if anyone has wiring diagram so I can continue to test further or does anyone have any other suggestions. I am very familiar with diagnosing however without a schematic or wiring diagram it is almost impossible any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!! I also have another 94 RAM 3500 with the exact same problem

First I recommend getting it scanned for "C" codes so you know what to test/replace, Actron now has an aftermarket scanner for abs, I bought one on Amazon for 114.00, a good investment, just check to see if your truck is covered. I will email the wiring diagram to you. The tool is Actron CP 9449

Is this rear wheel anti-lock or 4 wheel anti-lock. The codes do not erase by disconnecting the battery. Must be erased with the scanner.

Thanks Merlin for the scanner info. This is the first inexpensive one I've heard about to do ABS. Will it do more than just read codes?

It reads current faults and history, and description of codes. Car coverage is limited so check the list for your car before you buy!
