I need to know if there is any way to tune up a Throttle Body system by myself. Anything will help out. Thanks.

What needs done to it? There isn't much that can be done to a throttle body. THey are not like carborators.

My throttle response is horrible. It bogs down when hard acceleration and going around turns.
